Ordering Info

The following ordering options are available (clicking here does not commit you to an order):

1. Credit card payment through the mail.
   • Fill in the form online and then print it out.
   • Mail the form to American Educational Products. (See Below.)
   • Be sure that the credit card information is filled out correctly on the form before mailing.
   • This form does not allow electronic transfer of the data.

2. Credit card payment by FAX.
   • Fill in the form online and then print it out.
   • FAX the form to the number on the form (also shown below).
   • This form does not allow electronic transfer of the data.

3. Check or money order through the mail.
   • Fill in the form online and then print it out.
   • Send it along with a check or money order to the address below (it is also on the order form).
   • As before, electronic transfer is not allowed.

4. Purchase order payment.
   • Fill in the form online and then print it out.
   • Be sure to have the purchase order number in the appropriate box.
   • Obtain a purchase order form from your school or company. A request on letterhead will do also. Be sure the purchase order number is on the order form.
   • Send to the fax number or address at the bottom of our order form.
   • As before, electronic transfer is not allowed with this form.
